SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will ship within 7 days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of domestic orders, and 2-4 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your item(s) within this time frame, one or some of your items may have been back ordered, in which case we will contact you via email.

Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your package and you have not heard from us within the times listed above, you must email us within 45 days of your transaction. If we do not hear from you within the 45-day time frame, you will not be issued a credit and the package cannot be re-shipped.

The charges incurred from Collective Merchandising covers the cost of the item plus shipping and handling. We are not responsible for additional tariffs and duties added by local customs officials.

California residents will be charged 8.50% sales tax, in accordance with California state law.
