Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Collective Merchandising guarantees all products purchased through us (shirts, bags, etc.) prior to printing and/or embroidering. We also guarantee the quality of the garment printing. We will accept screen-printing and embroidery returns if defective or damaged under the following conditions: fault in fabric- size, color, design different than from order. Please retain your confirmation email as a receipt of your order. Without proof of purchase, we will only be able to provide an exchange of equivalent value to your purchase.
